Political parties make final appeals as Bihar gears up for the second and final phase of voting on November 11; counting to be held on November 14 along with bye-elections in eight constituencies across other states.
The campaigning for the second and final phase of the Bihar Vidhan Sabha Election 2025 came to an end this evening, 09 November 2025. With the Election Commission’s deadline closing 48 hours before polling, all political parties have now wrapped up their public outreach efforts.
Voting for this decisive phase will take place on 11 November 2025, covering several key constituencies across Bihar. Leaders from major political outfits — including the JD(U), RJD, BJP, Congress, and other regional parties — held their last rallies and roadshows, urging voters to turn out in large numbers.
The Election Commission has put in place extensive arrangements to ensure peaceful, transparent, and fair polling. Additional security forces have been deployed at sensitive polling booths, and monitoring mechanisms are in place to prevent violations of the model code of conduct.
Notably, this phase marks the conclusion of the Bihar Assembly polls. The counting of votes will be held on 14 November 2025, simultaneously with bye-elections in eight constituencies across other states.
